Something I try to do each morning as soon as I wake up is write my list of things I am grateful for. Some mornings are harder than others, and some mornings I forget all together, but since I have created this routine, it has helped me set the best momentum for a positive and happy filled day.
This morning I am sharing just some of the things I am grateful for;
I am grateful for my family
I am grateful for my friends
I am grateful for my health
I am grateful that I have clean water to drink
I am grateful that I have food on my table
I am grateful for my cozy home
I am grateful for the problems I do not have, as my problems are miniscule in comparison
I am grateful for my breathe, for without it, I would not be here.
This simple consistent act can change your vision for a day, for a week, for a year and for life. It’s hard to sweat the small stuff when you’re so focused on what you’re blessed with.
