Children’s Remedy Recipe 1

A little one dealing with an ear infection is very stressful, not only for the pain and discomfort, but the regular use of antibiotics effecting the immunity. One of the best practiced herbal remedies for ear infections is the Mullein and Garlic Oil. I have used this with great success and it is a simple to make alternative to conventional treatments for recurring ear infections.

This is a wonderful oil for both the pain and to fight the infection, helping clear the canals and stopping the infection from moving back and forth between the ears.

Start off with 1/4 Cup of Garlic and 1/4 Cup of Mullein flowers in a small saucepan and cover with olive oil.

On low heat, warm for 25 minutes. Strain well. This can be stored in the fridge and used when needed. Warm a teaspoon of oil and put a few drops into each ear, repeating every 30-45 minutes.

Give it a try and comment below on your experiences. I would love to hear your story.
